Guides to Institute Records and Manuscript Collections

This collection is comprised of student notes and reports by George Baltus (RPI Class of 1940), including a notebook titled "Problems in Kinematics" (1938), two reports from 1939: "Department of Mechanical Engineering" and "Otto Diesel Engine and Air Compressor," and "Department of Hydraulics Engineering" and "Reaction Turbine and Triplex Power" (Spring 1940). Also included is Baltus's thesis titled "Design for an Automatic Wire Tension Device" (1940).
